Erica Parham is a self proclaimed candle hoarder. After a doctor attributed her frequent migraines to toxins in most candles, Erica began experimenting with making her very own non-toxic versions. Her migraines went away and her candles quickly became a hit with her friends and family. As the popularity of her products grew, Erica decided to leave her nursing career and launch Sugar & Grace Co.

Sugar & Grace offers soy candles, room sprays, wax melts and candle accessories such as wax warmers, wick trimmers and more. In addition to her signature line, Parham has curated a selection of home goods, houseplants, cut flowers and bath and body care items from around the world.

Customers can also create non-toxic, luxury candles at the DIY Candle Bar and choose their favorite fragrances, container and even a custom label. These hand-poured candles are made with soy wax, wooden wicks and natural scents free of phthalates. Sugar & Grace also hosts workshops and classes for candle enthusiasts.
